"Balance the real world with the theoretical and have some fun along the way. The more ways I can explain something, or the more stories I can use as real-world examples, the better my students can learn"

Mike uses his nearly 30 years of business, operations and project management experience to provide students with both the academic knowledge to achieve professional certifications and the skills to solve real-world business problems. Mike is passionate about “getting stuff done” in the business world; a.k.a., Project Management. From strategic decisions that make or break an organization, to mundane process updates, Mike preaches the mantras of Lean concepts and cost benefit analysis. To Mike, whether it is an individual deciding if he/she needs seconds at dinner, or a corporation deciding on where to allocate its finite resources, the basic equation remains the same. Project Management is not about bureaucracy and paperwork, it’s about making the right changes to help a business or individual make improvements...on time and on budget.
